How long does it take to prepare an order?
Order preparation typically takes 3 to 14 business days, depending on:

When is my order considered confirmed?
An order is considered confirmed once full payment or at least a 50% down payment has been received.
If payment is not completed within 5 days from the invoice date, the reservation may be automatically cancelled.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
