Refund policy

Jamiat Alnakheel Tree Trading Palms

At Jamiat Alnakheel Tree Trading Palms, we strive to provide healthy and high-quality palm offshoots and trees. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the following conditions.

1. General Policy

All sales are considered final once the order has been delivered and accepted by the customer or their representative.

Customers are advised to inspect all palm offshoots and trees at the time of delivery or pickup to ensure they match the order description and invoice.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Complaints

Returns or refund requests may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered palm variety is proven to be different from the agreed variety.

  • The issue is reported within 7 working days of delivery.

  • A formal agricultural report from an accredited authority confirming the issue is provided.

All claims will be reviewed by the company’s internal technical committee, whose decision will be final and binding.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the biological and agricultural nature of palm trees and offshoots, the following situations are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Improper planting or handling by the customer

  • Damage caused by transportation arranged by third-party delivery services

  • Environmental factors such as soil conditions, weather, irrigation, pests, or disease

  • Growth differences after planting

Live plants are generally treated as perishable goods, which limits return eligibility once they have been delivered or planted.

4. Refund Conditions

If a claim is approved by the company:

  • A replacement palm tree or offshoot may be provided when possible, or

  • A refund or store credit may be issued at the company’s discretion.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to be processed depending on the payment method and banking procedures.

6. Cancellation Before Delivery

Orders may be cancelled before preparation and delivery under the following conditions:

  • If the order has not yet been processed or prepared.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels.

Any administrative or preparation costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

7. Return Transportation

If a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for arranging transportation of the items back to the company unless otherwise agreed.

  • Transportation costs are non-refundable.
